If you have the Starbucks app, you probably know that they give out free apps, songs and discounts (on coffee, of course), regularly via the app (and in-store gift cards). Well, a particularly good, and winter-season themed, app is one of their featured giveaways right now through February 18, 2014: and that’s Ski Safari.

Ski Safari is a neat little game with fairly simple gameplay where you guide a skier down a 2D slope, all the while trying to stay ahead of an avalanche, and on top of friendly penguins, eagles and… yetis. It’s a nice winter-time diversion. So, if you don’t have the Starbucks app, get it, and then get Ski Safari before the winter thaws!
